CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
We have a thorough and comprehensive Cancellation and Return Policy. Please read it entirely before placing your order to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If unfortunately, you have to cancel or modify an order, please do so within 1-2 hours after placing it, by emailing us all the details at info@nivahacreations.com.
If you cancel your order before your package has been handed over to the courier service provider, we will refund you the entire amount. If the courier service provider has already made the booking or the order has already been dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to delays in receiving orders.
RETURN POLICY:
International shipments are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch through email/WhatsApp/Instagram if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.
For domestic shipments, all items to be returned/exchanged/refunded must meet the following conditions:
- A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@nivahacreations.com with your order ID and other necessary information.
- We initiate a reverse pickup charge for which payment has to be made separately. Alternatively, you may ship the product back on your own.
- All returned products should be completely unused and unhampered.
- All original packaging of the product should be intact and no damage done to either the product or its packaging.
- Nivaha Creations reserves the right to perform a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-salable before issuing a credit, processing refunds, or exchanging the product.
Scenarios where we will NOT be able to support exchange/returns:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 hours.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Product is damaged because of use or is not in the same condition as received.
- Product is damaged due to non-adherence to the wash and care instructions.
- Customized or tailor-made products (e.g., Fall and Picot addition) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Products with tampered or missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the saree.
- Items returned without the original packaging and original bills.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange/replace/refund the product.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at info@nivahacreations.com with your order ID and pictures of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will take it forward from there.
Please note: In the event of receiving a damaged product, we require an uncut opening video as evidence to process your claim. The video should clearly show the unboxing of the package from the sealed state to reveal the damaged item.
If you find the package tampered with upon delivery, do not accept it and return it to the delivery person. Notify us with your order ID, and we will handle it.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:
International shipments are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. For domestic orders, we only exchange the product.
Customized products with Fall and Picot are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
